How can I disable permanently Integrity Check option while exporting a Universe? or Can we disable Parsing Objects before exporting a Universe?

It’s an option set in the Designer application. If you look under Tools + Options on the General tab, you will find options for:
o Automatic parse on definition
o Send integrity check warning before export o Check universe integrity at opening
By default these are turned off. Someone may have turned them on at your site.
