Dimension to Measure in WebI

Hi All

I am facing some problem at Webi report level, could anyone please help me out…

I have one variable at report level as follows:

Variable: = if(MonthNumberOfYear([IL Close Date]) <= [FinanceCloseMonth];“YES”;“NO”)

I’m able to validate the variable without any errors and saved as a Dimension Variable.
In the above varriable, MonthNumberOfYear([IL Close Date] will have 1 - 12 and “FinanceCloseMonth” will have one month at a time.

I’m using the above formula in another variable, without any errors. But when i place that variable in a drill filter, converting automatically into a measure object.

So, What am I doing wrong here?
