Reports build as a zabo user display in some situations different results when exported to and requested in web-i. In both situations, an italian date format is used as input in the prompt. F.e. 01-06-2004 returns data from of 06-01-2004 in web-i. Reports are based on an oracle db.
Has anybody als experienced a similar problem and can you tell me where to search to solve this problem?
We have been thinking of the following possibilities:
- different settings on BO server and web-i server
- hard-coded dateformats in oracle tables
- hard-coded dateformats in the universe
