Different instances of the report

Hi all,

I have a Customer Accounts details report which is sectioned on the Customer number.The requirement is to get different PDF files with the customer number as the file name and repoprting only the details of the respective customer.For example if the BO report reports 10 customer numbers ( sections in the report ) then i need 10 different PDF files with the Customer Number as the files name and the records pertaining to that custometr.

Kindly advice on how to achieve this.

Hi All, Can anyone tell me the VBA Code to save and print a report by branches, e.g.: i have 10 branches in a country, 10 reports must be saved as pdf in a defined location and should print 10 different reports. Thank q Haider for yuor quick response.
The posts in the link provided by you talks about using a VB macro.I am using BOXI R2 and since this does not support Macro i cannot take that approach.Any other way out.

You didn’t give other details like its a WebI report or Full client report.
Or a FC report to be run in WebI.
Be specific which will help us to give pointers.

Go ahead and try that solution given in the link.
It should work for a FC DeskI report.
Try it and you may get errors which can be debugged.
