I am trying to convert one deski report to webi through 3.1 RCT and 4.2 RCT , but it is not converted.
Error Details: Not Converted : Report Name.
RCT does not provided any detailed error ,so no clue how to resolve this issue.
Deski Report details as below.
1.50 Data Providers ( All 50 are universe based queries ,NO Free Hand SQL, or No Macros)
2.Report using 4 Universes ( i have access to all the 4 universes,deski report is running fine)
3.Report contains 40 Tabs ( More charts ,Images ,Tables available)
Since the report is too big , i can not go for new development ,need to convert the report at least into partially converted stage.
Can any one help on the same ,how can i convert these deski report into webi
what is the probable cause of issue ,so that i can try to convert again

Are you telling the RCT to log the results to database? I would suggest you do, and then check the results. Sometimes there will be more informative messages in there (but not always).
If that doesn’t work, you will need to iteratively debug it. Do any of the queries have modified SQL? If so, revert them to default and try. If it works, you can modify the queries in the generated WebI reports to put the SQL back.
Try deleting all the report tabs. If the conversion works, then it’s a problem with a tab. This is unlikely, however, since most fatal errors are related to queries.
If that doesn’t help, delete half of the data providers and try. Eventually you should find one that’s causing it.
