DESKI REPORT not working in Infoview

Hi,

I have a DESKI REPORT which works fine in DESKI. But when I export the report to Infoview, one of the columns does not show the value I see in DESKI. It just shows a 0.

Any one any ideas. Very urgent!!!

Well, call BO support.

Are you sure that you are looking at the same data source?

Have a look at applying the conncetion formula, against the data provider, to check.

Hi,

Yes it is the same data provider. Everything is the same, the only difference is Deski and Infoview. Also all the other values are getting populated correctly.

I meant are you sure that the connection you are using in Deski is looking at the same DB as the connection on your BOXI server?

Fair enough, then give more info on the column, type, format, formula logic e.t.c.

Is 0 one of the values you are expecting?

It is an amount (number). There is no formula. Just trying to display alue straight from the database. There is a filter on the table to which this column belongs. Works perfect in DESKI but not Infoview.

So, is this an actual number field, in the DB, has it been defined with a sum function?

Does it display values unfiltered?

Have you tried just returning this column in a test report, does it display a value then?

What can you see when you edit from Infoview to invoke a ZABO session, can you see the values then?
