Deski Report not refreshing Infoview

Previously posted in wrong section…Sorry!!

Hopefully someone can help…

We are running migrated reports from 6.5 to XIR3.1 users are able to run and refresh Webi reports but we have a few Deski reports also.

The deski reports are set to refresh on open with a prompt but when the report opens the users get a box with a red x and an OK button (attached jpg). When we give the users admin rights they are able to run the report.

I’m pretty sure this is a permissions issue but cannot work out what permissions these users are missing. What would they require as a minimum to resfresh a Deski report in infoview with prompts?

Are you getting any error mesage while refreshing the Deski report (not in Infoview)?
