After reinstalling BOXI R3 with FixPack 1.3, I started getting the following error message:
Exception: CS, DBDriver failed to load : C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86\dataAccess\connectionServer\dbd_ctlib.dll (The specified module could not be found.
)
Did anyone experience the same error?

Were you able to connect ok to this data source before you installed fixpack 1.3?
I’ve seen various connection errors like this before, but it has usually been down to other applications being installled and changing the PC’s connection settings. Try re-installing the connection software specific to the database that you’re trying to connect to. In my case it has always been down to old Oracle apps that use pre ora 817 that have had Oracle installs after my BusObj install
