Deski Access for the user

Hi,
I’ve installed BOXI R2 in my PC and created the user to assigned the Report tool full control and designer full control, but the user can’t able to create new report in the DESKI, since the new report icon and all the icon in the user DESKI disabled. SO how i can assign the DESKI access for the user?

Hi Kvin,

Check if the Everyone group rights are denied on Deski and Designer.

You need to add and give the access rights for that user at
CMC Home > BusinessObjects Enterprise Applications > Desktop Intelligence
