Designer using Multiple ports

hi,

i asked the Admin people to open port 6400 to 6410 for me to use bo designer from my machine ie cleint from mymachine which connects to a server.

now everyday morning the designer gives me usr0013 error and the admin guy told me that you application Designer is calling port 1457 , and everyday this [port keeps changing .

Please help me to fix this issue as everyday i cant ask the admin people to open new ports .

i can telent the server am trying to access and all ports are open from 6400 - 6410

I believe you have to fix the ports in the CMS, otherwise some are indeed random
.
