My designer occasionally hangs when it’s trying to fetch tables to be inserted. I ended the process in TAsk Manager so the UI is gone, but the designer.exe is still there. Anyone has this experience?

I have had that symptom, but what was really happening in my case was that I had been working with dual monitors (laptop + external monitor) and switched to a single monitor. The table browser was simply appearing on the “other” now non-existant monitor, making it seem like it was hung up. Is that perhaps what is going on with you?

No…I only use one monitor. I think I start noticing this when I started using Link Universes. The designer.exe does eventually go away after waiting like 15 minutes. If I try to open another instance of Designer, it’ll just not respond after logging in.
