Design studio number formatt

I have a measure which displays as 4.00,5.00,24.00,369.00.I just want to display this without the decimal like 4,5,24,369?I tried all formatting options with no luck? Any ideas what would be the custom formatting we can use for this?

And the DesignStudio component you use for this is?

Data Source is Universe and Design studio component is cross tab.
