Description of the Datapoint for Chart when Hover

I have a requirement of showing Description (text) of the data points (in %) when hover on the line chart
By checking the ‘Mouse over values’ in Properties will give the X or Y axis titles & value of the data point. However, not for a separate column?How would I show the description of the dynamic data point when you hover on the data point

As far as I can tell, it’s not possible. I would LOVE for someone to come along and prove me wrong, though. It would solve a long-standing issue I’ve had here.
