I am working on BO xiR2.webi
I have a crosstab report and the horizontal tab runs into more than 2 pages even when I set it up to lanscape .The report is sectioned and every section is set to start on a new page as evey section is to be printed and mailed seperately. The column size cannot be redused further.
My problem is I get Blank pages in between sections and also within the section due to the report horizontal tab running into multiple pages . However these blank pages show me the header objects like logo, date, title etc.
Is there any work around to delete these blank pages. I tried all possible options I know… uncheck show when empty, avoid page break etc… I also tired deleting the header itself still dosent work
just check that you don’t have some other objects on your page that you are not aware of.
Change to View Structure mode and do a lassoo of the whole area i.e click and hold mouse in left top corner and drag to right bottom corner. If there is anything that shouldn’t be there it will appear e.g. a blank cell, etc.

Thanks for your reply, I did check for blank cells, extra/hidden objects etc, but found none.
However when I change the Paper size to a1 the blank pages disappear… that is obviously because there are no multiple pages for the horizontal tab on A1 size, but how can I print this on a Legal size paper
I am trying all possible ways I can…
Is there a solution for this is BO at all??

I was tidying up a report someone else did and had the same issue; when I changed the paper size to A0 I noticed there was a scroll bar, so I scrolled all the way over and sure enough to there was a small cell waaaay over in the bottom corner.
I think you have table & graph in your section, if it is the case then there is no solution. If you have only the table then blank pages can be removed by adjusting the page margin.
