Dekstop Intellignce takes more time to open

Hello,

All my users are saying that desktop intelligence is taking almost a minute to open to get the login screen only.

I am totally lost where to look why it is taking more time just to open.

My Questions are when we try to open the desktop intelligence is the communication goes to server immediately or only after we click on login…

can you give some suggestions where to check why it is taking more time just to open…

Are 3-tier (web server, app server) or 2-tier, just an application server?
