Default Margins

How can we change the webi Default page margins.(Which are default 76px) on BO R3.

To be very specific, can a report developer modify his or her own default page setup? (as opposed to a global page setup that is pushed out to all developers based on ahow admin setup page defaults)

If the answer for the user is yes, then how does the user do this? If the answer is no, then where does the admin set the defaults? Can admin set up different templates that developers can choose from?

You can change some settings to the defaultconfig.xml file, but only things like table layout and default page layout like A4, A5, portrait, landscape etc… You CANNOT change the page margins.
You can find the defaultconfig.xml file in:
BOXIR2:\Program Files\BusinessObjects\Common\3.5\Java\WebiApplet\AppletConfig
BOXI 3.1:\Program Files\BusinessObjects\Common\4.0\Java\lib
