DB2 table preview crashes with date filter applied:

We’ve been dealing with this bug since our last update and its been quite frustrating. (v 14.2.8)

If we create a DB2 table containing a date/datetime column, when you go to preview your data and add a date filter… designer will crash from that point onwards whenever you attempt to preview that table.

I thought it could possibly be due the the date formatting difference. DS shows 2017.09.20 where the DB has it stored as 2017-09-20, but changing the date format does not resolve the crashing.

The bad thing about this is that once you set a date filter, there is no way to remove it. (some will allow you to cancel after it starts to pull the data, but not usually)

I’ve seen the same behaviour with Sybase ASE 16.x database tables.
If i set a filter on date or datetime fields the Designer crashes without any response.
