datetime2 to datetime out-of-range value error

Hi,

I am getting the following error while running Fixed Assets rapid mart for SAP application.

Both input and output schema for fields have compatible datetime data types

20128 22404 DBS-07040 The conversion of a datetime2 data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value.

Any resolution to this error? I am getting the same error when I converted the job from ver 3.2 to 4.1. I have source as Oracle and target as SQL server 2008. I also tried to_char around all my datetime columns. It still fails with the same error.

Help will be appreciated.
