Date provided in runtime parameter fetches incorrect results

Using XI 4.3 FHSQL report. On the client’s system the runtime parameter for date fetches is interpreted incorrectly. For instance , if we enter 1-Feb-2024 , the data is fetched correctly but on the client’s machine it fetches data for 2-Jan-2024. BI Launchpad preferences are the same on both the laptops .

You may need to check the time zone and time format on the user’s machine. BI Launchpad can read from the local configuration to determine formats.
