Date format in prompts

Hi,
my BOE version is XI 3.1 SP5.

I have two reports (1 DeskI and 1 WebI) from the same universe (Oracle 10g) with the same date prompt.
When I refresh the DeskI one : i have to put “/” as date separator otherwise I have the ORA-08147 error.
When I refresh the WebI one : i have to put “.” as date separator.

Any idea ?

The issue is : when I refresh a WebI document having a date prompt, I need to enter the date with the format DD.MM.YYYY. When I refresh a DeskI document, i need to enter the date with the format DD/MM/YYYY

Where does this difference come from ?
