Date format in Deski/Webi

Hello

Date format is displayed as ‘mmddyyy’ but I want it to be displayed as
‘ddmmyyyy’. If I do this at the Deski level, then I wil have to do it for the reports. Is there any way I can change the format of the object in the Universe itself.

I have checked the regional settings of both client and server, and it is ‘ddmmyyyy’.
Can anyone help
