Via roles. If your user is an Administrator user he can do everything, you should assign the role “Monitor” to the user in question.

Hi Werner,
but we can do it in the CMC,but in the case of the BODI 3.2 where can we disable it and there is no roles in bodi3.2
And if u can give me any link to that that would be helpful.

Yes, 3.2 has the same roles except they are managed from within webadmin. Go to WebAdmin -> Management and somewhere there you can setup new users and assign groups to them.

Hi Werner,
Sorry to get up this topic, but i’ve question about it.
the context : i’m working in BODS 3.2 and Oracle repositories.
My question : is it possible to disable access to certains repository to some users ?
I explain.
In my company, imagine there are 3 services A, B, C.
Imagine too 3 repositories :
I want the user A1 (from Service A), connecting to Management Console, can not be able to launch jobs from R_B and R_C.
It is possible or not ?
