I am trying to load customers into sap ecc using Data Services and the SAP best practices. We just upgraded to 4 from 3.2. Now this idoc won’t load in bd87 we are seeing “B1(044) : Incorrect function module & called up”. The detail is “Incorrect function module IDOC_INPUT_DEBITOR”. Everything else is working.

Hi,
I would like to know how you have setup the IDOC to send to SAP from data services. I am new to data servcies. I have requirement where i need to list all errored IDOC correct in the BO reporting tool having ability to edit it and then post back to SAP system . Your help is appreciable since i am not getting any clue on this.
Also we need to upgrade from 3.2 to 4.0. So share you experience on this.

We are using the SAP Best Practices. It is a prebuilt set of idocs and data services jobs that load data into SAP.
Upgrading from 3.2 to 4.0 was not a difficult process for us.

Is there any step by step doc for this idocs except that wiki link.Looking for a gud document and the common issues while loading, and is there any step by step doc for upgrading bods from 3.2 to 4.0
