Data Services Designer 14.2.5.1023 Real Time Services slow

Hi,

We have a Web Service which calls the real time service, which is wrapped on top of a real time job. It runs instantly around 200 ms before we switch to DS 4.2.

When we switched to DS 4.2, nothing is changed, the real time service is slowed to 2000 ms range.

Any idea why this happened or any thoughts please?

Considering you are 3 service packs behind - it would look into upgrading DS 4.2 to at least SP7 or SP8 in a test/dev environment to see if that fixes the issue.
