Good day, everybody.
Could anybody help me, saying how to retrieve(import) data to Xcelsius 2008 dashboard from Business Objects Enterprise XI Release 3 SP 5? Or at least provide a link to information?
In particular,
I want to design a dashboard that will retrieve data either from a report on BOE or directly from Universe in BOE.
Do not want to use Live Office option.

Easy ! using the Query As A Web Service Designer of your BOE installation, you should design from your univers / query a web service you will be able to use in Xcelsius creating it in the connexion menu. Is it ok for you ?

But now I have another ISSUE.
I am publishing my query, then consuming it in Xcelsius, but sometimes the result is 0, I don’t know how to describe, may be it is not ZERO, but empty set or no data, but when I’m preparing query for publishing, there is preview and it shows data, but later when I consume it Issue arises.
Mainly the way how do I consume it is as follows:
I go to DATA menu and choose Query as a Web Service-> paste link to web service and import it, and I have as a result structured tree of a result set where there is folder ROW and inside name of columns. I either select each item separately and markup the area inside excel field(inside Xcelsius) or select ROW folder and do the same operation. some times data shown correctly, sometimes it is empty set or zero.
Could anybody point me the way to troubleshoot the issue I encountered.
