data refresh problems

HI All,
When i am user is trying to refresh the data in infoview the report is not showing any new data it is displaying the old data as is when i refersh the query it is showing the new data is there any thing need to be done on user side

Hi kumar,
Check the previlages/Rights…can he refresh ?
check the connections in CMC.(This user is having the data access rights)
