I’m working on an IS instance where when I go to export content from data insight (anything–profile results, failed data, the entire project, rules, etc…), the save dialog to select a location to download is never appearing. I get the “Exporting” progress bar (and the list of objects that would be exported in the project), but then the “Save” and navigation dialog does not appear.
We get no errors at all during this process.
When I use the same browser to log into a different instance of Information Steward, I can export content with no issues, so it is definitely not a browser issue or an issue with my machine. I searched the CMC for any settings that would disallow export or set a “default” location, but didn’t find anything.
I’m logged in as the administrator account, so there should be no security issues.
Any ideas??
