Somebody could help on the following issue, I created some universe parameters on data foundation layer.
The parameter window in webi is empty, none of the created parameters are visible. What am I missing?

I re-tagged your post to the Building Semantic Layer are as I think this is more a semantic layer issue than a report building issue.
I assume you mean a prompt even though it is titled parameters in the designer.
Check under Parameters in the Business Layer. Does your parameter show there with (inherited) after it? It should show there by default.
