Hi,

Couple of questions:

  1. When I was standard US Data Cleanse Transform, for phone number when I am passing 7 digits as Input Value, I am getting the standardized value as 222-2222 but when I am passing 8 digits , I am getting the standardized value as blank. Usually the phone number has to 10 digits in order to get standardized value.
  2. I need to cleanse Tax id using data cleanse Transform. I saw in the forum that we have to pattern based classification and assign rules in rule file…Can anyone explain me the detailed steps? Where do you create pattern based classification and also where do you write rules? Any example for the rules?
