Data between Sybase and DB2

Hi All,

We use BOXI R3.
We have 2 universes, one points to Sybase Database and the other one points to DB2 Database.

When I create and run a report from Sybase universe the result is no duplicates , but in terms of DB2 universe, the result is duplicates.

The Raw data from both the Databases returns duplicates which is obivous.

Does any one knows why the query against the DB2 universe returns duplicates?

Where can I start trouble shoot?
