Data Access Drivers missing

I installed BOE XI R2 on a windows box. I did a new installation. I checked the CMC and CCM , all processes running and everything looks good.
The issue is that I cannot create a new connection in the designer to be able to create the universe or the PM repository. I dont see any of the data access drivers when I run the new connection wizard.We are using oracle 9i.
I checked and found out that the license keys we got are good. Is there anything I have to do that I am missing? Any insight and help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

esther, if you are a beta tester of XIr2, you should contact BO Tech Support for any issue. And if you are a courtesy beta tester and you are running into problem, you just have to wait till production release. People are under NDA not to discuss issues to general public.
