We transfer our data from SAP to our data services via shared directories, and we’ve had a random problem with corrupted .dat files. Anyone know where to start looking to debug this?
Does the database send the data back to the app server and it writes out the file, or does the database write the file directly?

Is it possible two ABAP dataflows use the same file name in their data transport?

We’ve had that problem before but the symptoms were different. And it’s been quite random so I don’t think that’s the cause. But I’ll double-check…

We re-ordered our jobs so that not as much is running at any given time, and so far have not had any more corruption issues.
