Need more detail than that, what type of connection, QaaWS BIWS, LiveOffice, other? What are the refresh options set to?

dashboards created based on webi reports. In connections selected Refresh components when loaded.
Web reports fetch data from dwh tables.
when tables have new records inserted it is not showing up in dashboards

Sounds like you need to expand the range of the spreadsheet binding to accommodate the new rows, it’s not dynamic.

No I had extra cells binded already. When I manually go and refresh the reports and save it to enterprise then only its getting reflected. Any options to make it update whenever changes made in table

How are you binding the WebI report? Via Bi Web Services, QaaWS, or Live Office?

On the properties of your webservices make sure the Refresh option is set to 1.
