We have upgraded BOXI 4.0 SP2 to SP5. After the upgradation we are getting the below error message while opening the Dashboard in BI Launchpad and in Dashboard Designer.
An Internal error occured while calling ‘ProcessDPCommandsEx’ API (Error:ERR_WIS_30270)
Error: Unable to load URL: https://:9443/dswsbobje/services/Session
Connection Type: Web service query (Query as a web service)
https://:9443/dswsbobje/services/Session - This URL is not working and we are getting the message as “Please enable REST support in WEB-INF/conf/axis2.xml and WEB-INF/web.xml”
Please let me know if you have a solution for this issue.
We also get this occasionally with SP5.5, but sometimes the dashboard loads fine, but much slower than in BOXI 3.1 where we have otherwise same dashboard and underlying webi report and BI web service except that the universe is done with IDT now. Any update on this?
WSDL has been regenerated many times after upgrade because we have added new “reports” in it.
But one thing related to this I noticed is that in our setup of two Windows server nodes (cold-warm), the other node’s WSDL is not in sync with the other one. How can we make sure they stay insync especially when the other one is down (SAP BI services, not the machine or Windows)?
