After deploying a dashboard to another environment (TEST to ACCEP)
the dashboard returns a BLANK page when trying to open it.
Also the " dashboard and analytics" preferences cannot be UNFOLD (infoview-preferences-dashboard and analytics, and the the right point arrow) with the user.
It must be something technical cause on the other (source) environment everything is just fine.
I’ve checked so far;
- all performance management servers up and running
- at CmC - preferences - dashboard and analytics, initializing user: administrator and password
- restarted all services, web server etc etc
But it keeps blank.
Anyone?
