I’m new to Xcelsius dashboards stuff and we are experiencing an issue in one of the dashboards in our environment.
Environment Details:
For Webi Reports -> BO3.1 version and
For Dashboards -> Xcelsius 2008
Issue:
We have a dashboard which fetches the data from 4 webi reports. Till last week everything was working fine and the dashboard reflected correct results which are fetched from the 4 webi reports.
But then it started behaving differently, the dashboard is fetching correct data from 3 webi reports only and it doesn’t fetch right data from the 4th webi report. Can anyone please suggest how to correct this.
Thanks for your response. Yes, I ran the webi report individually and it fetches the right data but the same results are not reflected in the dashboard. Also, there are no changes in the source database.
I’m still not sure why the dashboard is not picking the latest instance of this webi report. Can you kindly suggest on how to proceed further?
I would suspect that you publish the WEBI data to BIWS. Your dashboard then consumes the published data from the web server. It sounds like it’s no longer being published or the schedule has been changed. If it was recently re-published, you need to update the connection with the new WSDL.
If not Web Services… what is your connection type?
