Hi All,
I have created SAP Dashboard using Xcelsius, I am having the below issue that whenever I try to open the Dashboard from IE it is not working(All the charts are showing blank) but when I try to open in Chrome it is working fine(All the charts are displaying the data)
We are using IE 11.0.33
Please let me know the possible solutions.

You did not say what version of Xcelsius you are using. Not all versions support IE 11. Check the PAM for your version.

We are using SAP BO Dashboards 4.1 Support Pack 5 version : 14.1.5.1501

I’m using 4.1 SP5 with IE11 with no issues. However there was a bug I found that stopped any passing out of variables to XML - generated a communication 2032 error every time. There’s a post about it on here somewhere. SAP finally admitted it was a bug and gave me a patch for it. 4.1 SP5 Patch 11, 14.1.5.1872

Not sure as I don’t use Chrome… However, I do use IE and Firefox and I know that I have to load Adobe Flash for both. Maybe you need to uninstall Adobe Flash and reinstall for IE. That would be my first action… it’s quick and removes Flash as the culprit. I’m betting it’s a Flash issue.

I just uninstall Adobe Flash and reinstall for IE, now dashboards are working fine when I open in IE.
