We are experiencing an error when running a scheduled refresh via the dashboard scheduler in XI R3 :
This occours on any of the available items to refresh (metrics, set, model etc.)
I have checked and changed the account used in the CMC program object rights.
I have created a new admin user and used that account in the object rights and also set and verified it as the system user in the Dashboard setup / system user.
I have checked this user is set in the initconfig.properties.
Has anyone had this problem, or could point me in the direction of what else to look at ?

As an aside, when I enter the credentials in the program object rights and click save, the password box blanks itself - is this normal ?
