maybe you app isn’t correctly deployed, you can try to redeploy it

BTW, what is the meaning of “redeploy”, sorry if I asked a stupid question in here cos I am not from the app side, users were complainting this was caused by the Windows OS, and I am taking care of the server’s OS that why I wanna know what is this issue about.
