Hi All,
I have called a report part(not full Web-I report) of a Web-I report in a dashboard builder.
Report part is a bar chart in my case. My Web-I report has drills implemented on it. But when i have called a report part in a dashboard builder, drills are not available. Also hyperlinking is not working.
I am using BOR3 SP2.
Even a SDK based solution would do. Please help.

Please help because client needs this feature and he will opt for Cognos Go Dashboard if its not feasible in BO. I have tried it in cognos and this is feasible in that.
My requirement is to implement multiple level drills in a dashboard (be it a Xcelsius based/EPM based/or calling a Web-I report part in a dashboard builder). I have done lot of R&D but didn’t find any solution. Please suggest any solution, I have java resources available as well. So even SDK customization is possible.

It is definately possible, not sure where the problem is. Are you using the BOE native administrator ID to test your dashboard?
And hyperlinking (using the openDocument.jsp function) should work as well.
If it is a big deal (regarding licensing) you might want to get SAP involved/Sales.

Open Doc and drills work perfectly fine in Web-I report. They works fine even when you call a full Web-I report in a dashboard builder.
But when you call a report part in a dashboard builder, they don’t work.

I am still struggling to implement this even with latest version i.e. 4.0.
Whenever we call a report part by right clicking a table or chart of Web-I report in dashboard builder (or BI workspace), drills and hyperlinks doesn’t work.
Drilling and hyperlink works only when we call a complete Web-I report. But my requirement is to show report part only in a dashboard builder not the complete report.
