Hi,
We have created a Dashboard in 4.1 which uses BI web services to get the data.
Initially we tried to hard code the Enterprise Administrator username and password into the Excel sheet but we had an error FWM00006 regarding AD connection error.
We then tried hard coding in an AD username and password and this works fine in preview mode but when we try to load on the ipad it hangs on initializing.
Any thoughts on what to try next?

Many things can be going on, first were you able to deploy that sucessfully to a desktop? If so then its probably the Mobile compatabity issue, if you cant even view it on an a PC then its your credntials issues. You should never have to hard code your user name and pw in the dashboard.

So is there a resolution for this? We are having the exact same problem (with hardcoded username and password because we have not found any documentation that explains how to get around this). We have verified that we are only using mobile-compatible components (line chart, bar chart) and we have been able to get it to display without problem in mobile preview.
