DAS with AS400 database

Hi ,

Have this problem of refreshing reports from DAS to database on AS400. The reports refresh fine from the user module, but when trying to refresh the same from the DAS I get the following error “CANNOT REFRESH DOCUMENT [COMMAND FAILED CONNECTION OR SQL SENTENCE ERROR::[[IBM]] CLIENT ACCESS ODBC DRIVER [32-BIT]][DB2/400 SQL] COMMUNICATION LINK FAILURE : COMM RC=0x5-5] THE FOLLOWING DATA PROVIDERS HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFULLY REFRESHED QUERY1 WITH TESTBO”

Any inputs on the above error will be of great help

DRIVER [32-BIT]][DB2/400 SQL] COMMUNICATION LINK FAILURE : COMM RC=0x5-5]

I think I’ve seen this error where the AS/400 password has expired and the user profile is set to disabled. On our system you only get three goes to get your password correct so, if the BusinessObjects report has more than three data providers from the AS/400 and you enter a wrong password, the profile gets disabled.
