DAS Error

Has anyone received error messages such as “Cannot fetch document” or “Fileopen failed and the error is not a multi access error” while using DAS. All of my reports running in DAS are receiving these messages. The reports are scheduled to run daily and have been failing for the past three days. Does anyone have any experience and/or solution to the above mentioned problem.

Thank you

Allan,

We have been receiving many “Cannot fetch document” messages lately because the working drive has run out of space due to large print jobs trying to print. There is no room for Doc Agent to retrieve the document to execute it.

If for any reason the universe has changed go to the DAS server and remove the universe definitions. The next time that DAS runs the reports it will import a new version and everything is fine. I have turned this in to BO as a bug and they are looking at it.
