I have a user who can log in to info view and run/refresh a bo report with no difficulty whatsoever. When he attempts to run/refresh the same report in DESKI client, he gets the errors listed above.
I was able to use his user ID on my machine and have no problem. I suspect it’s corrupted registry entries since it looks like it’s a specific machine issue. I just want to verify if I need to again remove the reg entry?

Yes, please try to remove the cache and if you are still getting the problem, better to use installation DVd and do the repair so that it repairs the corrupted files. Still if you are getting the same problem, then better to reinstall the client tools.
