I need to customize the logon.jsp page to display the client specific banner and screen.
Any ideas how to go about this???

Errr, open it in your favourite JSP editing tool, then edit it…
BTW your not supported if you edit any of the underlying JSP or ASPX…

hmmm sorry i was not very clear…
is it possible to make the required changes using the Preferences Option??? Also, if the changes are made to web.xml then will the app be supported???

Config files are ok to edit, thats what they are for.
You can change the logo displayed in the application settings for InfoView in the CMC.
