Someone posted a Improvement Request for this request. If you have a SAP login and want to vote for it, go ahead. Seems the time they are letting the requests be voted on is being reduced and making it harder to get to the 10 required votes.
List all the reports that use a particular table.

Voted, chances are that even with 10+ votes the request gets denied… But worth a shot.
You can do this already using the auditing universe BTW.
You can query on any report using a certain piece of SQL, then you have 2 birds with 1 stone.
We use it to only identify reports that have been used passed year with certain table sources.
If the reports are not used in the past year, no bother changing them
