Custom Cleansing Package Standard Forms and Variations

I have imported a large list of standard forms into my attribute in Design Mode. The input source file was sorted, but the list of Standard Forms in Design mode looks random. How do I sort this list in Design Mode? I need to do this so that the data stewards can efficiently add their variations.

Well, I figured it out - there was an auto-generated rule that was causing the double parsing. Fixed!
