csEX Error WebI 4.1 SP8

I get the csEX Error in reports and the error is very random and intermittent. Doesn’t occur in just one report /universe but across multiple reports/universe.
This happens only in the Pre Prod Environment and LIVE runs perfectly ok.

Have tried searching the forum(not much info) and also raised Incident with SAP, anyone else got this and found a solution?

It rings a vague bell. I have worked on 4.1 SP8. Is that the entire error? If you have access to the CMC/Servers look for a Web Intelligence Processing Server restarting at the time you see the error.

I believe that means the Connections Server is stopped or disabled.

We tried restarting both servers. SAP have been very quick in responding and they are in touch with the Admin team! Will keep you posted.
Thanks Much
