Greetings,

I am working in Business Object Web Intellegence Reports Project. My Client has 200 Reports in Crystol Reports 10 version, we are rewriting those reports into Business Objects Webintellegence.

Is there any macro to fetch crystol reports information to excel sheet. something like query name, table type, Break values , group values and formulas…etc.

I saw some of the macros for Business Objects desktop intellegence. some thing like that we have anything.

If any one has any infomation regarding this please help me on this.

Hi Vallabh,

In order to get the groupings, formulas and so on for each of the report, open the report. Go to File menu>> Export. Select Report Definition as Format.

Select the Destination and Click OK.

A report definition file creates a text file with a list of all the report objects.

This is also one of the way, but i need to do 200 Reports like this. I am looking for a simplest way.
