I have created a crystal report that has sales data by area and then I have a second crystal report which gives back the list of active areas. I have created a publication using the 2 reports to give the 50+ instances of the sales data as spreadsheets. Unfortunatly when the publication runs and I open the instance of it I can see the 50+ excel instances but they have business objects derived names e.g. 74653423.xls. Is there any way to get the instances renamed at execution, even if it is just the same as the area parameters I am feeding in?

WHen scheduling the report I think you can change the name of the report to your wish.

Say uu want the report of the sales on Los Angeles you can do that while scheduling
